Dear Str. Cunningham:
The purpose of this letter is tc officially inform the Nuclear Regulatory Commission of changes in Combustion Engineering's organization for matters relating to our nuclear fuel activities.
I have recently replaced 51r. liarold V. Lichtenberger as Combustion Engineering's Vice President cf Nuclear Fuel.
I have thus assumed the role of "licensee recipient" for all nuclear fuel related activities at Combustion Engineering, in affecting this change, and in order to streamline all Nuclear Regulatory Commission communications through a senior management individual. I have requested that Str. A. E. Scherer, our Director of Nuclear Licersing, assume the additional responsibility for nuclear fuel related communicatic.ns with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
Str. Scherer ard I shall thus be included among those individuals authorized to mal:e related Licensee commitments on behalf of Combustion Engineering, Inc.
To assist us in tnis changeover, we request that you copy both Str. Scherer and Str. Charles B. Brinkman, our Bethesda-based Licensing 51anager, (addresses attached) on all nuclear fuel related correspondence.
