DRAFT 1, REGULATORY GUIDE 8.JB, " RADIATION SAFETY TRAINING AT NUCLEAR PDWER PLANTS" Enclosed for the use of the Subcommittee on Regulatory Activities are 20 copies of Draft 1 of the proposed regulatory guide, " Radiation Safety Training at Nuclear Power Plants," dated July 6,1978.

Since the draft guide is preliminary, additional staff effort including review and resolution of public comments will be necessary prior to implementation of a regulatory position. ACRS Subcommittee comments and recommendations are requested on the proposed regulatory position.
