Transcript of Licensinc Reform August 23, 19' Pursuant to 10 cia 9. lt > (c) the Commission, by unanimous vote and on the advice of the General Counsel, previously determined that the subject transcript should be withheld f rom public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 9.10 4 (a) (9) and (b) (3) until the bill becomes law or until the end of the current Congress.

Following the adjournment of the 95th Congress, the Secretary of the Commission, upon the advice of the Of fice of the General Counsel and af ter consulting with the Commission, determined that the subject transcript should be released in its entirety to the public, pursuant to 10 CFR 9.10 8 (c).
