Pursuant to 10 CFR 9.10 8 (c) the Commission, by unanimous vote and on the advice of the General Counsel, previously determined that the subject transcript should be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 9.104 (a) (9) and (b) (3) until the bill becomes law or until the end of the current Congress.
