RANCHO SEC0 RESTART REVIEW STATUS,
-The enclosed figure and printout reflect the current status and schedule of the Rancho Seco restart review. As indicated by the list and the Figure, approximately 74% of the 135 reviews and inspections and restart Tech Specs have been completed.
We plan to issue a supplenient to the restart SER by January 15. An cdditional supplement to this SER will be issued before startup to close out all remaining SER startup issues, original signed by Gary M. Holahan, Assistant Director for Regions III and V Division of Reactor Projects - III, IV, V and Special Projects
