Dear Mr. Crow:
By Reference (1), United Nuclear Corporation submitted its cost estimate and financial surety plan for decontamination of the Montville Plant in event of termination of fuel processing at that location and of the subject NRC license.
In response to Reference (2), United Nuclear Corporation agrees herewith to provide the necessary funds to decontaminate the facility so that it may be released for unrestricted use.
