The Department of Energy (D0E) requests renewal of the NRC Certificate of Compliance (CoC) Number'9152 having en expiration date of March 31, 1988.
DOE programs have.a continuing need for the packaging.

Maintenance of packaging has been carried out in accordance with Section 8.2 of the SARP (EGG-TMI-8008)
There have been no changes in the_ packaging, design, hardw$re or contents during the current period of certification.
The Safety Analysis Report for Packaging (SARP) (EGG-TMI-8008) for the CNS 1-13C II has been consolidated to include all amendments made to the SARP when previously held by Chem Nuclear Systems, Inc.
The CNS-1-13 Il packaging was purchased by DOE in April 1982.
