This is in reference to our E-mail request to Central Files on January 24,1997, to have the Sealed Source Device files transferred to'the State of Massachusetts. The State of

'u ' Massachusetts is becoming an Agreement state and must have these files by March 14, 1

1997.~- The State will become responsible for these registration ' certificates? Central files will

be required to copy all material in these files; this includes all drawings and completed

background information. The copics of these files will then become the Agency's official record. The originals should be boxed and a listing developed of the files that are in the box The listing and boxes should be delivered to...Kim Randall no'later.than February 28,1997.
