FOR SAFETY RELATED EQUIPMENT Page 1 of 1 REPORT MONTH DECEMBER, 1987 DATE SYSTEM COMPONENT MAINTENANCE ACTION 12/01/87 Service Water SW-V-20 Overhauled butterfly valve to correct Train A ripped valve liner caused by valve disc Discharge Valve and spacer ring interference.

To Ocean 12/02/87 Safety Injection SI-V-93 Grease leaking by gasket on lower limit Train B switch assembly gear housing. Replaced SI Pump Recirc gasket, cleaned limit switch rotors and Valve To RWST contacts.

12/28/87 Diesel Generator DC-C-2B Faulty contact carrier assembly in<

Train B compressor starter. Replaced contact Diesel Generator carrier and contacts in assembly.

Starting Air Compressor 12/30/87 Diesel Generator Train B Noisy and intermittent power supply in Diesel Generator electronic controller for diesel governor.

Covernor Controller Replaced electronic controller.
