Dear Mr. Whittemore:
I am in receipt of your proposed " Agreement Regarding Disclosure of Confidential Information" filed along with an August'17, 1978 motion entitled:
" Applicant's (a) Reply to Suffolk County's Request to Inspect and (b) Motion for a Protective Order.
As I indicated to you during today's telephone conversation, the above Agreement is satisfactory to the County providing that arrangements can be made for MHB inspection of the G.E. material at a G.E. office in the San Francisco area.
MHB and' County Counsel will sign and
-return said Agreement tu you as soon as the County Legisla-ture approves a pending MHB contract calling for the pro-vision of certain additional services by MHB.
My understanding is that you will then submit this Agreement to the Hearing Board along with a request for a protective order.
The County also wishes to inspect a G.E. document dated June 2, 1978, and entitled:
" Topical Rept. Test Program for Collet Retainer Tube", NED-21021-P.

If it develops that G.E. is willing "to permit inspection of this document under the same terms and conditions as set forth in the Agreement submitted to accomplish inspection by the County of the Reed Report material, please so advise.
