Dear Sirs:
On January 22, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania filed with the Commission a Petition / setting out, at pages 12-20, its com-l ments on the Staff's proposed No Significant Hazards Determina-tion respecting the technical specification amendments filed by Philadelphia Electric Company on November 19, 1987 in these dock-ets.
Philadelphia Electric Company responded to the Common-wealth's, Petition in the enclosed Answer filed with the Secretary of the Commission on February 8.
