Modification No. 2 to Task Order No. 2. under Contract No.
I NRC-02-91-002 In accordance with the task order procedures of the subject contract, this definitization letter for Modification No. 2 supersedes previously issued Modification No. 2 dated October 25. 1996.
The purpose of the modification is to: (1) increase the level of effort in the task order from 82 staff hours to 132 staff hours. (2) increase the obligated amount by $4.072.00. (3) increase the task ordc- :eiling amount by.$4,072.00 from $7.339.00 to $11,411.00, and (4) extend '
period of performance from September 6,1996 to January 31.
1997. The enorts are to be performed in accordance with the contractor's technical proposal dated December 6. 1996.

The total amount presently obligated by the Government with respect to this task order is $11.411.00. The total cost ceiling is Hl.411.00 of which tt'e sum of $10.257.00 represents reimbursable cost, the sum of $405.00 represents facilities capital cost of money, and the sum of $749.00, represents fixed fee.
The obligated amount shall at no time exceed the cost ceiling.
When and if the amount (s) paid and payable to the contractor hereunder shall equal the obligated amount. the contractor.shall not be obligated to continue performance of the work unless and until the Contracting Officer shall l
increase the amount obligated with respect to this task order.
