1 NRC-03-93-026 Modification No. 10 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to:
(1) exercise the second option year, thereby, extending the period of performance for one additional year, (2) increase the obligated amount under the basic contract by $89.766.95 from
$547,067.70 to $636,834.65, and (3) increase the contract ceiling amount by
$1.795,339.00 from $9,379,919.00 to $11,175,258.00. Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:
1.
Subsection F.4, Duration of the Contract Period (MAR 1987) Alternate 4 (JUN 1988), is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
"The ordering period for this contract shall camience on August 25, 1993 and will expire on August 24, 1998. Any orders issued during this period shall be canpleted within the time specified in the order: unless otherwise specified herein.
(See 52.216 18 - Ordering.) [End of Clause]"

Subsection B.3, Consideration and Obligation--Task Orders (AUG 1989) i Alternate 1 (JUN 1991), paragraphs (a) and (b) are hereby deleted and I
replaced with the following:

"(a)
The Maximum Ordering Limitation (MOL) for products and services ordered, delivered and accepted under this contract is
$11,175,258.00. The Contracting Officer may place orders with the contractor during the contract period provided the aggregate amount of such orders does not exceed the MOL.
(b)
The guaranteed minimum obligated by the Government under this contract is $636,834.65."
All other terms and conditions of the subject contract remain unchanged.
