FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY'S REPORT

Enclosed is a copy of the Federal Emergency Management Agency's final report for the October 30,1996, South Texas Project biennial exercise.
The report indicates that there were no deficiencies and no areas requiring corrective actions identified during the exercise. No response to the NRC is required.
