(1) 10 CFR 50.90 (2) DPC Letter, Taylor to Document Control Desk, LAC-12460, dated December 21, 1987.
(3) 10 CFR 170.12 Dairyland Power Cooperative requests revisions to LACBWR Technical Specifications. Therefore, in accordance with the provisions of Reference 1, an application to amend Provisional License No. DPR-45 for the La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor is hereby filed.
In Reference 2, Dairyland Power Cooperative submitted the La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor Decomissioning Plan for review. This letter also included a comitment to submit proposed SAFSTOR Technical Specifications.
Enclosed for your review is a copy of the proposed La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor SAFSTOR Technical Specifications. These Technical Specifications have been reviewed and approved by the LACBWR Operations Review Comittee and the Safety Review Committee.
The application fee required by Reference 3 is enclosed.
