This letter confirms our '1ans to have a management meeting at 10 a.m. (CST) on January 27, 1997, at t le Region III Office in Lisle, Illinois.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the unplanned o)ening of the pressurizer power operated relief value during a cooldown of tle Braidwood Unit 1 reactor on October 12, 1996.
We expect you to address the circumstances related to the event, any short term and long term corrective actions taken or planned, and any other information that you deem necessary.
In addition, it is an opportunity for you to provide any new insights that may not have been ap)arent during the inspection and provide comments on the applicability of tle NRC enforcement policy.
This meeting is open to the public.
