SHANNON TO LIFT TEMPORARY PROTECTIVE ORDER AND TO COMPEL DISCLOSURE OF ALL THOSE PORTIONS OF THE SEABROOK PLAN FOR MASSACHUSETTS COMMUNITIES WHICH HAVE YET TO BE DISCLOSED TO THE INTERVENORS Attorney General James M. Shannon hereby moves the Board to lift its temporary protective order and to compel the Applicants to disclose all those redacted portions of the Seabrook Plan for Massachusetts Communities ("SPMC") which have yet to be disclosed to the Intervenors.

In support of this motion, the Attorney General submits the enclosed memorandum of law.
