SUMMARY

CENTRUS ENERGY CORP. CLASSIFIED MATTER SECURITY FOR THE AMERICAN CENTRIFUGE PLANT IN PIKETON OHIO On April 29, 2020, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff held a telephone conference call with staff from Centrus Energy Corp. (Centrus) in which the NRC staff asked Centrus staff questions related to the Security Plan for the Protection of Classified Matter (SP-3605-0041). SP-3605-0041 was one of the documents submitted as part of Centrus letter dated March 31, 2020, entitled License Amendment Request for American Centrifuge Operating, LLCs Security Plan(s) (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System CONTACT: Yawar H. Faraz, NMSS/DFM 301-415-7220 The enclosure transmitted herewith contains Security-Related and Export Controlled Information. When the Memorandum is separated from the Security-Related and Export Controlled conditions in the enclosure, the memorandum is decontrolled.
