SUMMARY
[M CdSI is re-evaluating the feasibility of_ qualifying their PE_ HIC at Hanford as a result of the increase in burial death _frAm_A5_to 55 feet.
He admits that the HIC itself, i.e., without relianct on horizontal support from the soil, will not meet _the criteria.
Even taking credit for scil support the feasibility is questionable. Unile they are re-evaluatino the structural requirements, I suggested that they_ consider responding to those comments which they currently can address so some of the comments can be resolved.
Poppe_ indicated _ that.within_30 days _he_would_ identify a
