Article V - Consideration and Payment, paragraph A. Consideration, subparagraphs 1. and 3. are revised as follows:
"1.
The Commission will provide funds, subject to the availability of l
I appropriation, to the State in the amount of $441,800.00 during the six (6) year period of performance.
The rate of payment to the State will be as follows:
CY1983 - $ 1,300.00 per site, per year /TLD program CY1983 - $ 9,600.00 per site, per year /EM program CY1984 - $ 1,450.00 per site, per year /TLD program CY1984 - $10,600.00 per site, per year /TLD program CY1985 - $ 1,600.00 per site, per year /TLD program CY1985 - $11,700.00 per site, per year /TLD program CY1986 - $ 1,700.00 per site, per year /TLD program CY1986 - $12,000.00 per site, per year /EM program CY1987 - $ 1,800.00 per site, per year /TLD program CY1987 - $12,600.00 per site, per year /EM program CY1988 - $ 1,900.00 per site, per year /TLD program CY1988 - $13,000.00 per site, per year /EM program 3.
The amount presently obligated by the Commission with respect to this cooperative agreement for the CY1986 effort is $71,900.00."

The APPN No. "31X0200,915" cited in Block No. 12 Accounting and Appropriation Data is changed to APPN No. "31X0200.916."
4.
In accordance with the agreement under Article II - Scope of Work. TLD Program Participation for the B&W Apollo and Leechburg sites is hereby incorporated under Section !! of the Statement of Work entitled General Requirements.
All other terms and conditions under this cooperative agreement remain unchanged.
