This is in partial response to Nina Bell's letter dated September 24, 1985, in which she requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), copies

Copies of the documents listed on the enclosed Appendix A are being placed in i
the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) located at 1717 H Street, NW, Washington, i
DC 20555, for public inspection and copying.

During a telephone conversation between you and Marcia Bell on October 16, 1985, you were informed that the staff was unable to locate the record identified as number three of your request under the description provided and that the record identified as number five of your request is a copyrighted record.
The NRC has not completed its search for documents subject to your request.
