Intervenors, the Center for Nuclear Responsibility and Joette Lorion have filed a motion for an extension of time to and including March 19, 1986, for the filing of Intervenors' response to Licensee's motion for sumary disposition, dated January 23, 1986.
The NRC Staff and the Licensee have not opposed the motion.
For good cause shown, the Intervenors' motion is granted.
A tentative hearing schedule for this proceeding will be established by subsequent Licensing Board order.
