(1) a contract overrun due to additional time and effort required to program the update application for the EVENT entity, and (2) a contract change required by the NRC decision to have the contractor provide additional resources for the development of user applications.
A corresponding delivery schedule extension is also granted.

On page 2 of Contract Modification No. Four, under the heading,
" Task 3.2 Assist in the Building of Selected User Applications," add the following:
" Contractor shall extend the period of performance for this item to correspond with Attachment 1, "NRC Corporate Data Network Pilot Project Schedule." Said schedule is hereby made a part of the contract.
2.
Under Section F - Deliveries and Performance, Subsection F.1, Time of Delivery is revised to read as follows:
"The revised Task 3 work incorporated in Contract Modification No.
Four shall have a delivery date of May 1,1986."

Under Section F - Deliveries and Performance, Subsection F.3, Duration of Contract Period is revised to read as follows:
"The period of performance of this contract shall begin on December 26, 1984, and end May 1, 1986."

Section G - Contract Administration Data, G.2, C insideration and Payment, A., Estimated Cost and Obligation, is revised to read as follows:
"G.2 Consideration and Payment A.
Estimated Cost, Fixed Fee and Obligation 1.
It is estimated that the total cost to the Government for full performance of this contract will be
$1,087,652.00, of which the sum of $1,023,988.00 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and of which $63,664.00 represents the fixed fee.
2.
There shall be no adjustment in the amount of the contractor's fixed fee by reason of differences between any estimate of cost for perforulance of the work under this contract and the actual cost for performance of that work.
3.
The amount presently obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is $1,087,652.00.
4.
This contract is fully funded and the contract clause entitled " LIMITATION OF COST" shall be applicable."
5.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
