Enforcement Policy contained in SECY-36-47 The Commission directs the staff to develop and provide to the Commission a paper on the specific policies for which the staff is seeking Commission approval in order to implement certain of the recommendations of the Advisory Ccemittee for the Review of Enforcement Policy, as generally proposed by the staff in SECY 86-47. In the development of any such policies, the staff -
i should consider the guidance provided by the Commission at the February 12, 1986 meeting as well as the views expressed in notation votes on SECY 86-47. !
