a e-4 NRC-05-87-121 Modification No. 9 Page 2 of 2 This purposes of tnis modification is to: 1) increase the total amount of contract by $8,192.00, and 2) revise course scheduling to include the dates for the fifth course.
- 1. a. Section 0.2 is revited to read as follows:
"A. Total Price................$89,856.00
- b. $F26, Block 15G, Total Amount of Contract, is revised to read, "88,856.00".
- 2. Delete Section F.1.2, Number _of Courses / Course Schedu11,ng as shown and replace _with the__following:
. '!F.5.2.NumberofCo,yrseJ/hurs_eSchedglings (a) The initial course is scheduled to begin August 17, through August 21, 1987. Up to five (5) courses may be presented under this contract.
(b) The second course is scheduled for July 10, through July 14, 1989.
(c) The third course is scheduled for June 11, through June 15, 1990.
(d) The fourth course is scheduled for March 4,-through March 8, 1991.
(e) The fifth course is scheduled for March 16,.1992 through j March 20, 1992."
All other terms and conditions remain the same. >
