REQUFST FOR CONFERENCE ROOM The Division of Advanced Reactors and Special Projects (DAR) is approaching a titte period of intense activity as it begins preparation of the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) Requirements Document Final Safety Evaluation Report.
In order to support this agency high priority objective, I am requesting that a conference room be reserved for use as a project office during the period of March 1, 1992, to May 15, 1992.
The following attributes of this project affice are desirable:
I space for at least six. people root with a door to enable private meetings to take place meeting table table or bookcase for storage of reference documents (approx 1-mately 12 ft, of shelf space) electrical outlet for possible set up of a project manager's computer and printer telephone and speaker box It would be most convenient to have this project of fice on eleventh floor (or as close as possible).
I would appreciate it if you would contact one t'f the EPRI project managers (Jim Wilson 504-1108 or Tom Kenyon 504-1120) with feedback on this request as soon as possible.
