In accordance with the task order procedures of the subject contract, this l
letter definitizes Task Order No. 4.
This effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work and the Contractor's technical proposal submitted with the proposal for the basic contract award. The effective date of this task order shall be May 27. 1997.
Task Order No. 4 shall be in effect from May 27, 1997 throu September 26, 1997 with a cost ceiling of $147.245. The amount o represents the total estimated reimbursable costs, the m nt of represents the cost of facility capital, and the amount of represents the fixed fee for i
