c' The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory' Commission.has issued Amendment No.11 for Facility License No., R-120 ~for the' North Carolina State University PULSTAR Research Reactor <in response to the application for renewal dated August 19, 1988, as' supplemented on January 2, April 17, and December 18, 1989; April 17 and July 18, 1990; January 25, 1991; November 30, 1992; September 15, 1995; and October'4, November 25, and December 30, 1996. This amendment renews the operating license for 20 years from its date of issuance.
In accordance with our practice, we have restated the license in its entirety, incorporating all the changes and amendments made since issur,nce of the original license.
Enclosed with the amended license is a copy of the notice of renewal that is being sent to the Office of the Federal Register for publication, the 4
Environmental Assessment, and the Safety Evaluation Report (NUREG-1572) associated with the renewal.
