Dear Dr. Webb:
Per your request of August 29, 1985, enclosed is a copy of Mr. Dircks' memo which defines further actions to be taken by the staff as a result of the June 9, 1985 event at Davis-Besse.
Although evidently you were unable to find them, I have confirmed that the following documents were placed in the Public Document Room:
(1) the emergency procedure discussed in the Team's report concerning actions to be taken upon loss of feedwater; and (2) the attachment to a June 15, 1979 letter to the NRC from Toledo Edison.
However, for your convenience, I have enclosed these two documents for your information and use.
