Pursuant to our March 11, 1997 meeting and conference call with Sevenson j
regarding the Glenville Enterprise Center, and your follow-up correspondence setting forth a schedule of compliance and remediation events, several compliance deadlines have now passed.
As I have stated before, it is imperative that the decommissioning and remediation process be i
completed as promptly and thoroughly as possible in order to provide better access to and use of the facility for my client and my client's tenants.
