Waterford 3 SES Docket No. 50-382 License No. NPF-38 Security Training & Qualification Plan Revision 6, Change 1 Gentlemen:
By way of letter number W3F1-97-0034, dated February 21,1997, Waterford 3 stated that certain previously removed sections of the Security Training and Qualification Plan, Revision 6, would be restored to ensure that the effectiveness of the Plan is maintained. This letter submits the appropriate changes.
Therefore, in accordance with 10CFR50.54(p), Entergy Operations, Inc. hereby submits the original and three copies of Revision 6, Change 1 to the Waterford 3 Security Training and Qualification Plan. A description of the changes to the Waterford 3 Security Training and Qualification Plan is attached for your use. The changes do not constitute a decrease in the safeguards effectiveness of the Security Training and Qualification Plan.
Please note that Entergy Operations, Inc. has determined that the Waterford 3 Security Training and Qualification Plan should be ciassified as Proprietary Information in accordance with 10CFR2.790(d)(1) and therefore requests that it be withheld frorn public disclosure.
