Dear Mr. Denton:
Provided herewith is Revision 3 to the SNUPPS " Report of Independent Review of Environmental Qualification Programs to NUREG-0588" which was submitted by reference 1 and previously revised by references 2 and 3. Revision 3 modifies the report to:
- 1) reflect the completion of the environmental qualification review and closure of outstanding justifications for interim operation,
- 2) reflect the status of equipment at the SNUPPS plants as discussed in reference 4, 3) incorporate qualification information provided in previous submittals to the NRC, 4) incorporate changes to the equipment list in Section I, Appendix A, and
- 5) enhance qualification information for specific equipment in Section III.
