Revision 8 to the Vermont Yankee Training and Qualification Plan
Dear Sir:
This letter transmits Revision No. 8 to the Vermont Yankee Training and Qualification Plan for Security (VY T&Q Plan). This revision reflect's administrative changes to the plan to correct incorrect paragraph numbering and language inconsistencies between the plan and the training standards.
We have reviewed this revision and have determined that the changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan. Therefore, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p), prior NRC approval of this revision is not required.
The revision to the VY T&Q Plan is Attachment A to this letter. It is considered SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION which is to be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21.
We have enclosed our standard Document Custody Form and Change Transmittal Form for each copy of the plan revision required by the NRC. Please sign and return these forms.
