TRIP REPORTS l :
This memorandum supplements the two previous memoranda concerning trip reports i dated November 26, 1985 and December 11, 1985.
Please do not include any items that are identified as potential enforcement actions, such as a violation of NRC rules and regulations or a deviation from
,I comitments in the FSAR or the CPRT Program Plan, in trip reports that contain j other material. Please write a separate trip report for these items. The reason for this is that potential enforcement actions should not be disclosed prior to any enforcement action as would be done by putting such trip reports into the PDR/LPDR. All other trip reports are being sent to the PDR. Please advise your consultants of this change.
