In accordance with Section G.4, Task Order Procedures, of the subject contract, this letter confirms verbal authorization provided on April 25, 1997, and j
l definitizes the subject task order. The effort shall be performed in accordar.e with the enclosed Statement of Work and the Contractor's technical proposal dated April 23, 1997.
Task Order No. 125 shall be in effect from April 25, 1997 through August 12, 1997 with a cost ceiling of $127,088.04.
