On the afternoon of January 14, 1986, Icalled(312)567-5343 to convey the following infonnation, but you were not available.

In response to your call of January 14, 1986, I have enclosed a copy of Mr. Stello's November 4,1985 letter which you said you have not received. You should note that, I am not aware of any correspondence (from you to Mr. Stello or vice versa) dated later than the November 4 letter.

Regarding the proposal to revise Appendix J and issue a related regulatory guide, the staff intends to publish the proposal for public coninent in April 1985. This is the public comment period discussed in Mr. Stello's letter.
