On May 16,1997, a predecisional enforcement conference was held at the Region I
offices to discuss the apparent violations identified during an NRC inspection
coniucted on April 18 and 19,1997. Copies of Inspection Report No. 150-00019/97-
001 were provided to you in our letter dated April 28,1997. A summary of the
predecisional enforcement conference is enclosed. The NRC will notify you in
separate correspondence of our decision regarding the apparent violations discussed at
the conference.
in accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice % Part 2, Title 10,
Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the Public
Document Room. No reply to this letter is required.
