Dear Mr. Avnet:
This letter is in response to your application dated May 27,1996, requesting registration of the Models El1008US, El100 SUS, and El100LUS smoke detectors and my letter dated June 18, 1997, which requested additional information in order to continue our evaluation of your request. To date, the requested information has not been received. If we do act receive sufficient information to address these requests within (30) days of the date of this letter we will have considered your application as having been abandoned by you. This is without prejudice to the resubmission of a complete application.
