Dased on the information submitted in your letter to John Lubinski dated April 30,1997, and subsequeht letters, with enclosures, theroto, we continue to conclude the RLP, RHP, F0, FP, SG, RDW, AND FDW liluminated sight assemblies are acceptable for licensing purposes I accordance with the conditions of the enclosed registration cortificato (NR 1028 D 101 E). This now registration certificate has been issued recognizing Trilux Technologies Inc. as the now manufacturer / distributor of those devices. In addition, we havo transferrod registration cortificato NR 585 D 104 E to inactive status. The registration number of the certificate has boon changed to NR 585-D 801 E.

Pleano be advised that you must manufacture and distribute the product in accordance with the statements and representations contained in your application, with enclosures theroto, and the information set out in your registration cortificato. As stated a general rule, you must request and obtain an amendment to the cortificate beforo you make changes or modification to the information submitted to obtain the cortificato.
Please road over the onclosed registration cortificato in its entirety and notify us immediately of any errors or omissions.
