- License Change Request 97-13 The subject request was submitted to the NRC by PSE&G letter dated Julv 7,1997. The request proposes to relocate table 3/4.8.4.2-1 of the Hope Creek Generating Station's Technical
-Specifications to the Updated Final Safety Analysis Report section 8.3-11 to allow several Design Change Packages to be installed on selected Motor Operated Valves, using the provisions of 10CFR50.59. These valve modifications address concerns related to safe shutdown following a control rom fire, as described in NRC Information Notice 92-18, The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection's Bureau of Nuclear Engmeenng j
