Dear Mr. Perello:
Per your request enclosed is a copy of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's files regarding Ajax-Magnathermic Corporation. We hope the enclosed will be of some assistance in locating previous places of use of licensed materials and/or former employees who may have knowledge of previous operations.
Because the file does not contain information pertaining to final surveys or close-out surveys, we will be contacting you in the near future to set up a time for conducting a scoping survey for the site to ensure that the licensed radioactive material has been removed and the site meets NRC guidelines for release for unrestricted use.
