U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION DAM INSPECTIONS
Dear Mr. Madden:
This response addresses open issues identified in your letter dated May 1. 1997.
Your correspondence states that a letter closing out Task Orders No.1 (Lucky Mc Gas Hills Uranium Mill Dam #4), and No. 3 (Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant), will be issued by NRC when all action is complete.
Inspections for Task Orders No. 1 and No. 3 were performed in October 1992; and February 1993, respectively. This letter confirms that all actions associated with these two Task Orders are complete. and that no additional input from your office is required or ex)ected.
You may consider Task Orders No. 1 and 3 closed.
Furthermore, we wis1 to inform you that a modification which extends the Memorandum of Agreement to September 30. 2000, is forthcoming for your review and approval.
We trust that this correspondence adequately addresses the completed actions identified in your letter.
