HIGHLIGHTS:
The reporting period began and ended with the reactor in Mode 1 at 80.5% rated thermal power.
Gross electrical generation for the month of January was 661,280 MWH.
SUMMARY
01-10-86 At 1143, the Control Room received a report of fire on No. 21 Circulating Water Pump Motor.
The fire was extinguished at 1205. ~The circulating water pump was returned to service at.0840 on 01-20-86.
01-16-96 At 2058, the No. 3 Boric Acid Transfer Pump was de-clared inoperable due to a primary water leak.
The pump war declared operable at 1707 on 01-18-86.
01-31-86 At 1155, an earthquake occurring 30 miles northeast of Cleveland, Ohio, measuring 5.0 on the Richter scale.
No observable affects were sensed in the plant, and no sei smic inscrumentation was activated.
A RCS leak rate test was initiated as well as tour of all plant safety related areas.
No increase in RCS leakage or damage
