The subject task order expired on June 30, 1996. Based on our records there i
are excess funds remaining under the task order.
Pending completion of all 4
required closeout requirements, it is necessary to deobligate excess funds remaining under the task order for other immediate agency requirements.
1 Therefore, a unilateral decision has been made by the Contracting Officer to deobligate the excess funds under the subject task order in the amount of
$2,052.00. As a result of the issuance of this unilateral modificatton, it is brought to your attention that Modification No. 5 under this task order dated March 25, 1997, is hereby rescinded.
