RULEMAKING PLAN For AMENDING REQUIREMENTS FOR ENVIRONMENTAL REPORTS FROM URANIUM RECOVERY LICENSEES AT LICENSE TERMINATION -10 CFR 51.60 As requested in David L. Morrison's September 30,1996 memo, OC has reviewed the subject rulemaking plan - amending 10 CFR 51.60 to eliminate the requirement for the submission of an environmental report by uranium recovery material licensees at the time of license termination - and finds no outstanding resource-related issues. OC concurs in the proposed rulemaking plan.
