The subject task order expired on March 30, 1992. Pending completion of all required closecut requirements it is necessary to unilaterally deobligate excess. funds remaining under this task order for other immediate agency requirements. Therefore, the '
purpose of this unilateral modification is to decrease the amount obligated by the Commission by $1,266.06 from $89,419.79 to
