as part of Revision 5 but, due to administrative error, was not distributed to some copy holders. A .

copy of this page is enclosed in the event page A-25 was not included in your copy of the previously issued revised pages.

AND i 4 PORTLAND GENERAL ELECTRIC COMPANY

This agreement, entered into by and between Professional Communication Services (PCS) ,

and Portland Genem! Electric Company (PGE), pmvides for emergency notifications to be  !

made to designated state and county government agencies in the event of an emergency at the i-Trojan Nuclear Plant. The intent of this agmement is to establish a process whereby government agencies are notified within 30 minutes of an emergency declaration at Trojan. '

PGE agmes to notify PCS immediately upon the declaration of an emergency at Trojan and

to provide PCS the emergency information to be transmitted to designated state and county F

government agencies. PCS agrees to promptly perform r-n% dons upon request of the Trojan opersing staff and the mccipt of the accompanying emergency information. nose  :

l (1) Columbia County, Oregon, via the Columbia 9-1-1 Communications District 4
j. Dispatcher. l (2) Cowlitz County, Washington, via the Cowlitz County Emergency Management

{ 9-1-1 Dispatcher.

(3) State of Washington via the Washington Emergency Management 24-hour l' Duty Officer.

l l (4) State of Oregon via the Oregon 25mergency Response System Duty Officer.

j PCS agrees to reasonably maintain staffing and t:ommunication systems and equipment to j

assure its 24-hour capability to promptly perforts emergency notifications on behalf of PGE.

PCS agrees to periodically test or otherwise ver.fy notification procedures and telephone i

numbers. PGE agrees to provide procedures, training, and related support a@le to PCS j to enable PCS to fulfillits part of this agreement.

Both parties agree to hold harmless the other party, its agents, employees, successors, and assigns, from and for any and all liability, loss, cost, damage, penalty, charge or expense suffered; and from any claim, demand, orjudgment arising out of the services provided by PCS under this agreement.

PCS agmes to invoice PGE annually and PGE agrees to pay a mutually agreed upon amount for the services rendered by PCS under the terms of this agreement. De term of this agmement shall be from the date ofits execution by both parties and shall continue thereafter on a year-to-year basis, unless canceled by either party upon 90-day prior written notice to the other.
