6. Description of Packaging and Authorised Contents, Model Number, Fessile Class, Other Conditions, arul Heferences:

Eleven liter polyethylene bottle with a sealed cap contained in two scaled polyethylene or polyvinyl bags, having a minimum thickness of 0.012 inch, with a 5.625-inch ID, 0.188-inch wall thickness by 54-inch long stainless steel vessel with flanged and gasketed closure. The gasket material is Viton, target or blue asbestos compressed asbestos sheet. The vessel shall be clad with at least 0.016-inch thick cadmium. A 2-inch thick polyethylene-polyester resin composite within an outer container e, hall surround the cadmium wrapped vessel. The preceding assembly shall be centere1 and supported within a double length 19-inch or 24-inch diameter .

16 gage steel drum built to 00T Specification 17H by eight 0.25-inch diameter spring steel rod spacers. The void between the outer container and the drum shall be filled with vermiculite.

Maximum gross weight of the packaging is 400 pounds.

9. The package authorized by this certificate is hereby approved for use under the general license provisions of Paragraph 71.12(b) of 10 CFR Part 71.
