DE0BLIGATION OF EXCESS FUNDS - MODIFICATION NO. 2 TO TASK ORDER NO. 1 UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRC-33-93-225 The' subject task order expired on March 25, 1914. Based on our records there are excess funds remaining under the task order.
Pending' completion of all required closecut requirements, it is necessary to deobligate excess funds remaining under the task order for other immediate agency requirements.
Therefore, a unilateral decision has been made by the Contracting Officer to deobligate'the excess funds under the subject task order in the amount of
$1,909.17. As a result of the issuance of this unilateral modification, it is brought to your attention that Modification No. 2 under this task order dated July 25 1996, is hereby rescinded.
