Operating License Nos. DPR-50 and DPR-73 Docket No. 50-289 and 50-320 Security Personnel Training and Qualification Plan Attached are six copies of Revision 7 to the Three Mile Island Security Personnel Training and Qualification Plan.
Revision 7 should replace your existing copy in its entirety. This revision l
contains all the information in the current plan and provides clarification of items and reflects additions to the plan.
The specific revisions to this plan are addressed in the " Summary of Changes" page.
A 10 CFR 50.59 evaluation of the plan revision was performed.
The overall l
effect of this revision is to enhance the effectiveness of the Security l
Personnel Training and Qualification Plan and does not constitute an unreviewed safety question.
This plan change is therefore being implemented under 10 CFR 50.54 (p) without prior approval.
Due to the nature of this submittal, it is requested that this document be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790.
